I just did a factory reset on my phone. After setting up all the stock settings, I added my gmail account to my phone, launched the google play app, and everything shows it's linked.
On my PC however, when I try to install an app from the website, it says I have no devices...
I am singed on my gmail account both on my phone and my PC at the same time at this very moment, yet after restarting the phone and my PC, the website still shows I have no devices.
Any suggestions?
