google play not installed after root

My google play services are not working after root I can't even add a google account to my phone how do you fix this problem?

Pushing a file to storage (rooting) would have nothing to do with Google Play Services, so evidently you used a program to root your phone, and there's no way for us to know what it did to the phone in addition to rooting it. Reflash the stock ROM if you can (or can have your carrier do it for you), then learn to root the phone by hand, so nothing gets done except rooting.

Yes, if you have rooted and flashed a new custom rom, not all roms include googles standard apps. Usually they have an option to flash an additional package typically called "gapps" If you have flashed a rom look at the devs homepage for advice.
