Help Google Play not showing any apps at all

This is really annoying, when I open google play I can't see any apps there, featured or paid, just categories, entering categories shows nothing too.
The same thing is happening with the Google play website. When I click on a link to an app in play store it does show up but ALL the apps I tried installing showed "This app is incompatible with your country" or something like that, except those that I already installed once :-(.
I tried: Deleting data for Google Play (not google play services);
Adding a different google account
None of these work, what the hell is wrong ?

Are you running a custom ROM ? what changes have you made to your phone, the most common reason for this aside from the wrong account is changing the DPI
 
I am rooted but not a custom rom, I had changed the dpi before with LCD Resolution app, but it always worked after that, so that can't be the issue here.
 
The only apps that I suspect are Adaway and Seeder. The same thing happened to a friend using a Nexus S, could this be a geolocation factor

yes, if google play cant recognise your device (dpi change) or location you will get this issue

Hey mate. Thanks for position g but just to let you no for the future of its possible please use a translater app to post as this is an English only forum
 
So I found out that this is somehow a country related issue, faked my provider with Market Enabler, and as for the web site Google Play I used Proxmate :)
