Help Google play on pc not recognizing my device :(

I replaced my lg connect for another due to heating problems and for some reason it screwed everything up, i don't even have rhapsody anymore and im on the 60 dollar plan, (that issue has been resolved though)

so i was trying to install some apps from my pc to my phone (cause it's faster and easier) and it cant tell me what device to choice, it just keeps saying "loading device capability" forever. Before I replaced my overheating lg connect, it didnt say that, it would just give me a list and my phones model number with two other past phones that were in that list.



I now have 4 phones on my gmail account, could that be the problem, i have had those "past phones" factory reset-ed though, how could this be? i know this is hard to answer, but any ideas on why this is happening please help. should i call google play store ?
