Google Play refunds

I know about the 15 minute instant refund.

But does anyone know a way to get a refund for an app that I have had for a few weeks?

Found the answer to my question, so posting here for future reference for other users:

Via: How to get a refund on an app from Google Play beyond the 15 minute time window | Android Central

Getting the App Refund

1. Head to Google Play Account page. Once logged in, the url is https://play.google.com/store/account

2. Under the Options column, click on the Report a problem link for the app you want refunded.

3. From the Select an option drop down menu, select I'd like to request a refund.

4. Fill out the reason you want a refund and hit the Send Report button.

I received a confirmation email from Google Play a few minutes later stating:

We've received your request for a refund of your recent Android app purchase on Google Play, and we’re happy to issue you a refund in the amount of USD 3.99.

The funds will automatically be returned to the credit/debit card used at the time of purchase. To see which credit card was used in this transaction and to check the status of your refund, visit https://wallet.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Please be aware it may take up to 14 business days before this refund is reflected in your account
