google play service installing problem

[basudevpur]

google play service not install, incompatible other application (s) using the same share user ID.

Google Play Store app is, to me, the most useful app that an android device should have, because it is the app that leads to other apps. Without it, I do not know how one can access and download any of the other useful and interesting apps, numbering over 800,000.

If anyone knows how to install this all-important app, please guide those who are facing this problem
