Help Google Play Services Update

Help! I turned off Google play services on accident. I turned it back on, but it needed to update. I opened the play store to update it, but it said, "Check your connection and try again". The only Google apps that work are Chrome and Google settings.

Open chrome browser,in Google search box type " Google play services update " hit ,see in result play services emblem tap on this it will lead to Google play store, there you can see notification for " update Google play services " tap here ,play services will be updated.
