Welcome to Android Forums, Sorry for the delay in responding to your question.

Not knowing if you are rooted or not, and weather the Google Play services is on the system, internal storage, or SD card:
Download AppTyrant from the PlayStore. When you first open it up it will save all downloaded apps to the sd card in their .apk form.

If rooted go to your recovery and restore your backup.

If not rooted, Go to your privacy menu and perform a factory reset. This will wipe all user data from your phone and return it to an out of the box state.

Not to worry. When fully rebooted open up the PlayStore app. It will require you to sign in to your Google account. This will give you your contacts back.

Your pictures are already stored on the sd card in a folder labeled DCIM. When you open up the Gallery they will be there.

Open up the YouTube app. It will request you download the Google Play Services if not already on your phone. Do so.

Now go to the sd card with a good file explorer like ES File Explorer. Go to the apptyrant folder (might be named rootuninstaller). Select the Auto backup folder.
Now copy/paste all .apk's to the root of the sd card (not in any folder, just in the same directory as all the folders- /sdcard).

Tap on one, then select install. When finished installing select Done. Do this for all the .apk's except the Google Play Services.

This should straighten out everything and the apps requesting the Google Play Services should now work.

Hope this has helped.
