I keep setting Google Play to install my apps on my SD card to save space on my phone memory but it keeps resending them to the phone memory which does not hold more than 8 gigs

Google Play stinks on installs

Google Play Store is not meant to be installed on SD card nor does Google Services app because they are a systems embedded app. I had the same issue with an older Android 3.3.5 device. Well due to the lack of memory, I had to either keep dealing with that issue or buy another device with more memory.
