Help Google Play Store Always Popping Up

Has anyone else experienced the Google Play Store app popping up at random times while using their phone?

I have a Note 3 and since around a month ago or so, Goggle Play pops up randomly when I am trying to use the phone. I swipe to unlock screen and the store pops up. I pick a contact from my phonebook and tap to send a text message and the store pops up. It sometimes even happens when I hit the back arrow next to the home button.

These pop ups have no pattern to their occurrence, they don't happen every time I do a particular action. Completely random.

Any ideas?

I have the same issue on my Note 3. Playstore randomly opens up many times everyday. There is no pattern. Very annoying! Also, PowerAmp randomly opens up. Strange ..... This issue only started around a five or six weeks ago, around the first week or middle of December, 2014.

Playstore randomly opens up without any patterns?

Is this playstore app from official google? Try to uninstall and reinstall playstore from official google.
