Root Google Play store crashes after each download

I originally had MS840VV5 - I flashed to MS840VV3 and rooted.

Now whenever I download an app from the play store it will download, but crash. So I have to reopen the app, and manually get back to where I was if I want to look at similar apps, etc.

Anyone know of what the problem is? Or could someone give me a working Google Play APK that will work with my phone?

firstly, why would you want to go back to vv3? secondly, did you dl a different browser and delete the stock one? it's my understanding that the play store will not work properly without the stock browser on this phone.

Because no matter what I did I couldn't find a way to get it to work with VV5.

I made a thread explaining what I did, since I found it hard to find the files, and steps to finally get root. I started with VV5 and couldn't root, so I had to go to VV3, then factory reset, then I could get root. Maybe if I went to VV3, factory reset, then flash VV5 I could root?

Anyway, what do you mean browser? The metro browser?
