Google play store not working!

I have a Galaxy tab 3 and when i try installing apps it will say Unknown error code during application install 110. I tried resetting it to factory defaults, deleting cache, deleting data, unistalling updates, and forcing close. I pretty much have done everything you could possibly do. What else can I possibly do?
