Help Google Play will not download apps?

Hello just got my phone and I can't get Google Play to download anything on either 3g or Wifi.. I've tried clearing cache and force stopping Google Play with no success. I don't get any error messages. It just says "Downloading..." and no progress is shown at all, and the 4g meter at the top doesn't show any activity...just a little annoying.

Make sure you are on WiFi and that its connected properly. Maybe do a speed test so you can see.

Wi-Fi or 3g 4g won't make Google play actually successfully download anything. It just says the same thing.. downloading..

Did you try a factory reset?

Yeah factory reset did the trick now it works good in Google Play

Resetting to factory state can fix many problems. However, it becomes a pain when you've already set up the settings how you like them and install many apps. Starting over can sometimes be the worst part. But if it fixes a problem it may be worth the trouble.
