google play won't start

My friend has a tablet from Yarvik for over a month. Everythig was ok until recent days. His Google Play app won't start. He has the newest version of Android on it and the lack of startup sequence ix very strange. He's thinking of complete reboot of the tablet, but that's the matter of a last resort for him. The error simply says - application google play was unfortunately shut down. On our Czech forums I couldn't find anything helpful. seems noone experienced such a problem. if anyone knows, please contact me on matteo@pvk-logistics.eu. thank you so much
