Help Google play wrong country!

Hello all.

My Google play app believes I'm in new Zealand despite this phone never having been there. I'm on 3 from uk but spent a year in nz prior to this phone and had nz apps. Since coming back I've tried changing payment to UK visa and UK address and actually wasted money purchasing something. I've wiped data and re accepted t&c and still it thinks I'm nz so can't download UK apps

You need to talk to your carrier folks, they can remedy that.

Did you completely remove the NZ based credit cards you had registered with Google, and is the UK credit card definitely linked to your Google Wallet and is the default payment option?

so, you did reset to factory settings ?

Go to Google play in desktop pc. Then setup again your payment option. Delete old past payment history. Then try.
