My google play app will not open after i had to reboot my phone a samsung galaxy s3 mini. is there anything else i can do to solve this problem?

Rebooting (which you probably do every day - it means turning the phone off, then turning it on, or just restarting it) wouldn't stop an app from running.

What else did you do?

What happens when you try to open the app? Any error message?
