I am trying to purchase an app using the pc and i get this message
"Uh oh. There was a problem.
We couldn't start your purchase because of a technical issue."
"Sorry, we were unable to process this request. Any charge will be automatically cancelled within 24 hours. Please try again after 24 hours."

in case you ask if my bank details are correct, it is. It is what I used to purchase my nexus 7
I've waited 24hours and the problem still persist. Just to see if the fault lies with the app i am purchasing, I made several app purchases and I still get the same error.
any ideas?
