I have an LG Viper smartphone. I have Google Plus app installed on it. I have no problem seeing or hearing anybody in Google Hangouts, but my transmitted audio is very poor. People in the hangouts cannot understand what I am saying. They say I sound like I am "under water".I installed the June 30, 2012 update, also.It did not help.
