Help Google services completely disabled, yet still eating all of battery

I have the official Samsung extended battery and it lasts barely all day. Google services is always at the top of the list except all (including mail) services under google are disabled. I do use location services for maps, but for instance today I never used maps at all. What else could be causing this? If I disable everything under google, wtf else can be going on?
 
Sounds like your having the same issues as me. Are you running an AOSP rom by any chance? The issue seems to be coming from mdm_hsic_pm0 which is caused by fast dormancy. If your not running an AOSP rom try a google search to disable fast dormancy. I believe there is an app out now that will disable it. Let me know how you go.
