Help Google Services Framework Force Close?

Hey there gTablet experts,

I did a routine backup in CWM and now every time I turn on the gTablet I get this notification:

"The application Google Services Framework (process com.google.process.gapps) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."

It is a persistent problem that comes up over and over. I am running bootstrap 1.1, VEGAn 5.1.1 and have had no such problems until I actually upgraded from 5.1. Please advise a fix for this.

Generally, you can run the CMR "Fix Permissions" and clear the force closes.
Also, you could try visiting the Settings - Applications - Running Apps and clear the data for that app. That will often clear FC issues.

EDIT: For the benefit of others, the "Fix Permissions" in CWM did not resolve the issue. Clearing data DID. So if this happens to you, try that first.

Or try unchecking "Sync Internet" in Settings -> Accounts and sync.
That solved my problem in a Samsung S3.
