Help Google sync/missing contacts

Hi all,

I thought that Incredible synced all the contacts to my Gmail accnt and vice a versa, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I recently did a factory reset on my Incredible and a number of my contacts were missing after it synced.

Does anybody know what could be going on?

Not sure if you are describing the same problem I had when I first got the phone. It would only display my favorites from Google. Open up the People app, click Menu, then View. Select the appropriate listing. Hope that helps.
