Help Google sync & password problem after update gingerbread

Hello all,

I updated my phone to 2.3.3 gingerbread with kies. But i cannot sign in to my google account now. It does not accepting my pass. Also i cant remove the acc to make a new one. And i tried to clean data for all google apps from the manage application it didnt help too.

Help pls i need to use marked :(
