Google talk. how to use VOIP?

If "talk" is voip, then how do I find that function? Allow I see is messaging.

Google talk is the same as aim, a chat program. Google voice may be more along the lines of what you want but its not set up for voip yet.

The only Voip currently available is Skype when you use the app "Fring" and *I think* Nimbuzz now supports voip chat through yahoo messenger and MSN
