Help google talk video chat front camera?

When I launch Google Talk, and try to initiate a video call with someone logged into G-mail web based, I can see them from their macs front facing camera, but they cannot see me.

I've even tried it right here in front of me on this computer and it seems to only work one way. on my phone i can see them, and i also see the front facing camera is videoing me, but it doesn't go to them in their gmail webmail.

Anyone have this working?

I didn't hear whether or not the Note is officially supported for this, in fact I forgot all about it.

Is it something that the ICS update could fix?

This is my first Android device, so it just seemed weird that a google android app can't work with google webmail app.

It's possible. I just remember some phones getting an update awhile back that included this feature. I don't remember which phones it was.
