Does anybody know how to get rid of the orange lines that Google tts leave's behind I've uninstalled the app but the lines don't want to go away any possible solution is welcomed

Its like that when I try to play a card game to like rage of bahamut and google tts is uninstalled with it not there I don't know why these lines are still on my phone for.
