Google+ total bummer

Has anyone has the problem I'm having since the last update? I can't use the messenger app anymore on my phone. No longer can I view old messages or share photos that way. Any word if there will be a fix? If not, how can you go back on that update? I was thinking about uninstalling and then reinstalling the app to see if that works.

I dont have that problem. maybe reinstall the app? clear data before uninstalling, just in case.

I tried that and it didn't work, I'll give it another go. I've been reading a lot of users are experiencing the same problem after the latest update. I haven't had an email returned, but I could only imagine a company that big isn't going to return all inquiries.

I tried to edit my first reply but it messed up. I tried it, your advice, but I'm getting the same errors of not being able to start a conversation our view old ones. I hope it gets fixed and I'm curious if anyone has heard of a possible ETA on the solution.
