Help google translate wifi issue

Hi,

Most of the time, and with only my wifi, Google Translate is not working on my Samsung Galaxy S3. It works with other wifi.

I have to disable wifi each time, to use Google Translate with the 4G.

And everything else works on my phone with wifi.

So what could be causing only Google Translate to not work on my wifi phone ?

What can I do ?

Chrome menu settings
Scroll down to site settings>
Scroll down to google translate
Select switch on and
Tap on reset translate settings
Restart device.

I don't have chrome on my Samsung S3

No, I'm NOT using chrome.
I don't have chrome on my galaxy s3.

I use the Google Translate app, not the website.

So what can I do ?

Go to settings >storage>cached data>clear cached data
Uninstall google translator and reinstall google translator

Clearing cache and reinstall does not help.
