[Kathleenmlk]

Alcatel Streak from Cricket not good phone acting strangely for a while
yesterday saying reset I hope not
asks for number or email address
then password will not accept them
stuck in loop Cricket cannot help can you

Hmmm, sounds like a command to remote wipe or lock your device was issued. Does anyone else have your Google account credentials? This could have easily been done from Android Device Manager.

[lunatic59]

[Kathleenmlk]

No pc just lousy phone
maybe somebody accidentally reset it

[Kathleenmlk]

Tried using other phone to fix it no luck
Google number guy from India $149 for tech help get real other number needs pin code what pin code don't have one

That "google number" is a fake support scam. As far as I know Google doesn't have direct dial support. The pin would be one that was set as a security lock. If you didn't do that, then all I can think of is someone else logged into device manager with your account and locked it.
