Google Voice: Cannot configure

Trying to configure google voicemail, and the cool feature of sending text message of the actual voicemail left..

I cannot seem to configure this?

Yes, but you MUST go to the desktop website and then click the gear icon in right upper corner. There you will find it under I believe the calls & voicemail tab.

Yes, specifically, the local configuration wizard on the S3 is broken so you have to do it manually on the website.
