Help google voice - can't hear caller, caller can hear me

this just started about a week ago for me.. and it's only if they call my GV # and it gets routed to my virgin mobile number. If I call them back from my GV #.. everythings fine.

also if I get a call on my VM # it's fine.

I checked and I have the most recent version of google voice.. tried power cycling a few times.. still not working.

any ideas?
