Google voice commands on Galaxy Note 2

I just got a Galaxy Note 2 on Verizon, and I was wondering if it had the "common" Google Voice commands. I have played around with S Voice, and I have played around with the Google Now, but is there a 3rd component? For example, if I want to send an email all via voice, is that possible on this phone?

Open S Voice app, and press the "?" for a list of voice commands. Google voice commands offer similar functionality...iforget how to get to the command list. I'm having trouble getting SVoice to recognize/complete the wake commands, or take dictation. Google seems much better with voice recognition.
