google voice proble?

[finalfantasy7]

my friend accidently deleted it, so i downloaded it again, but when i use my account and sign in it tells me to go to google.com/voice to sign in.

sign it in, it sends a me a verify code which i type in, i wanna use my existing mobile number which i select,
then it says i cannot port mobile number to google voice is unavaliable - number appears to be from an area we dont recognise - i live in the UK

it says step 1: keep my existing mobile number and get the lite version - click on it and it always says error with my request, try again later???

everytime when i try it same problem???

IIRC gmail calling is supported outside the US now but not Google Voice.
