Google Voice Recieve on Android

I've recently went with Virgin Mobile and a LG Optimus V. About the only place there is no service is at work. Is it possible to forward my Cell number to my google voice number and receive the calls on my Cell that has a Wifi connection?

By itself, Google Voice is not a VOIP service; therefore, you cannot receive calls over WiFi. However, there are a few ways to make it into a VOIP service. I haven't tried it myself, but Groove IP seems to work for a lot of people with few issues.
