Google Voice suddenly not working

So I've had this installed for some time and just noticed it's not working.

I've checked all of the setting that I know about and also tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Even when set to always use Voice to place calls, the stock dialer app launches instead.

I'm running the latest version.

Odd thing is, the messenger portion of Voice still works..

Ok, more on this --

I found out (by accident) that when I click a number from my Contacts, I'm prompted to use either Voice or the stock dialer. I don't believe that's how it was working before, but use Voice so infrequently that I honestly cannot recall.

The Google Voice app does not have its own dialer. Basically you select an option in the "Making Calls" section and the stock dialer follows that. Set it to "Ask every time i make a call" and it should give you the option so you can see whether you are using it or not.
