Google Voice Update

I am able to make wifi calls with Google Voice now (no other app required). It does force close on my Galaxy Player once I hang up, but call went through Google Chat, just like on a PC. I was/am using Groove IP for this, and also noticed GrooveIP also force closes on hang up. Anyone else have this problem?

Ok, you confused me.

You're able to make calls using Google voice after the update and no other app required or you are using GrooveIp and are now able to make calls after the update?

I'm using GrooveIp to make wifi calls, but haven't run into a problem of it FCing after I hang up. I have not tried making wifi calls without GrooveIP though.

My mistake... I noticed the "Click to Call" button in GV, and tried it. It called my GV# to connect me to our local Time Temp number, and the call went through fine. I "thought" it was only using GV. But I just tried it with GrooveIP signed off, and does not work, so I guess you do need GrooveIP to make it work that way. If so, GrooveIP is a much nicer interface.
