I keep getting this error every time I try and open Google Wallet to set it up. Anyone know of a fix?

Wallet seems to take up to 5 minutes to install ... strange.

You displayed a picture f the error report, but didn't state whether you had complied with the reliable network connection, or if you rebooted the device?

Sorry, I was in a bit of a hurry when posting this.

I have tried on working wifi networks and cellular. Also rebooted 3 times. Tried opening wallet a total of 6 times so far, every time gives this message.

All I can suggest at this point is to remove the Google Wallet app from the phone, then re-install from the Play Store.

Hopefully that will resolve the difficulty.

Unfortunately I'm unable to uninstall Google Wallet.

Got any other ideas?

I just called Google Wallet support. The guy I spoke to told me this is a known problem. Unfortunately there is no fix to this right now. He said that some people have had luck with a new SIM card, but that did not work for me.

I was surprised to hear him say that it is a known problem and that Google is currently working on it. Although that could mean we are still a long way away from an actual fix. And it is also weird that this is a known problem even though my first Nexus 4 didn't have this problem.

What carrier are you using? If it's T-Mobile or AT&T, you might have an ISIS-branded sim card. If that's so, supposedly that screws with Wallet and won't allow it to work. Otherwise, not sure what to say outside of the usual stuff. Try clearing the cache on the app.

What do you ask for to get a non Isis card? I went in today and I'm having the same issue with the new card they gave me

If you are rooted you can uninstall it via TiBu and then reinstall through the store. I found an .apk that worked for me on XDA.
