Google Wallet on Verizon

I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy S III and it did not come loaded with Google Wallet. So I went to the Play store to get it, and got the message that my phone is not compatible with that version. I'm quite disappointed as I was really hoping to use Google Wallet with my new phone. Any suggestions/thoughts?

There is a modified version of Google wallet available that will work on your phone. Don't have the link but just Google it. I had to do the same on my Evo, didn't work and I installed the modified version and it works fine now. No problems!

Jamfreak - I Googled "Google Wallet" "modified version" and did not see a link to use to download it.
