Google Wallet Question

Recently I registered a prepaid MasterCard on google wallet and google charged me $2 on the card. I know that they're doing this to verify my card, but my question is: will I get the $2 back on my prepaid MasterCard? I'm asking this because prepaid MasterCard funds can't be reloaded.

If they are simply verifying (I have no idea if that is the case or not), the charge will show as pending for about a week. During that week the funds are not available but will become so after the pending status expires.
