I am thinking of switching to AT&T. Right now I am looking at the HTC One X or Samsung GS3 (and maybe the next Nexus, if AT&T gets it). Is it true that AT&T has disabled Google Wallet on Android phones with NFC?

NFC killing Google Wallet
I know from having an S3 on AT&T that Google wallet isn't available, but I'm unsure if it's because they're blocking it. Wouldn't surprise me. I'm sticking with PayPal for now. Check it out if you haven't already.
What about the Bill To My At&t Account when purchasing apps from GooglePlay? Insted of adding a charge card to a Google Wallet account? Ive used the Bill AT&T several timez over a year period, then one day, afte Googld updated "The Android Market"(i still like calling it that) with their "new redeem" fearure, the Bill AT&Toption disapeared...........aint happy.
