Google wants to give you Gigabit internet

My granny had 100mb at her house for a while then the Utopia project started... data center level connectivity for someone who only check email... cracked me up.

Google are going to own the world. Being our isp will mean they can track literally everything we do online :|

I think I read something somewhere about google teaming up with the united states goverment.... pretty soon if not already were going to be like the other countries where the goverment kind of gets to choose the info we can view online.... ANARCHY!!!!!! haha jk

Going to have to hit them up for my town, we are lucky to recieve 2-3Mb/s with the 5Mb/s price, plus we cant get anyone else in town but the local phone company, unless we use Data cards, or my Droid :p

google will eventually own all and everything, thats awesome i'd love that internet.

Yeah about that, it seems they may have overstepped their bounds a bit. Microsoft, Yahoo, Apple, and a few other giants are now rumored to be teaming up against Google.

Google is a giant too, but I wouldn't want to face that army...

Statistically, i think we have a better shot at hitting the 43 million dollar jackpot then we do getting this service from google!

It sure would be nice.

Yes, I actually performed a speech on this topic. Google is teamed up with NASA and created Singularity University for "futurists." Also, they will be researching projects such as large scale data processing and management and Gigapan - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. They leased a $198 million building at NASA's AMES center. Imagine the mobile market possibilies with googles new teammate.
