Help google wont work

Hi all

Having trouble with internet whenever i click on internet button (planet) i keep getting message web page not available it seems to be searching for:
Google.

i have reset but still come up with same page.

Any ideas?

It seems to be wireless issue, when i turn it off and use 3G it connects.
Should it be permanatly scanning?

Yes, wireless scans approximately every 6 seconds.
Have you actually connected your device with the router?
Does it say you are connected and have been allocated an ip address in your wireless settings?
Can you connect wirelessly to other rooters?
If so, try rebooting your router firstly, and see what happens.
