Help googlemaps your current location is currently unavailable

I got the Marquee from Cowboom. Everything seemed fine, until I wanted to use Googlemaps. Now I get the message your current location is currently unavailable.

Any Idea how to fix that? It worked just fine when I had an optimus S. Is something wrong with the Phone?

Open settings/location&security.... then make sure GPS is tuned on, select- use wireless networks, select- use GPS satellites. That should solve your problem. If it doesn't, uninstall Maps, then re-install. Make sure all of the setting mentioned above are turned on. I had the same problem until I enabled- use wireless networks.

Thanks. except for wireless networks I did the rest and it worked for a few hours but then the problem came back. It seems to be completely random

I downloaded gpstest. The phone can see 7 satellites, and easily use 6 of them. So not sure why googlemaps gives random issues
