Has anyone else noticed the past few days slow mobile data and the PlayStore very slow and not connecting at all sometimes? I have 4G LTE shown on my phone, so I know data is active. I have also tried clearing the cache/memory n both the brower and PlayStore without any resolve.

Sounds like it could just be a phone specific problem. Have you tried just rebooting your device? Like removing the battery, if it can be removed, and restarting the device. This sometimes helps.

Yes, I've had the same problem here from desktop while all other sites such as AF, Yahoo and Google news, and remote sites where I access and perform work were all working properly.

Yes I have already done that. I have also obtained a new SIM card from AT&T just in case, as well.
