Gophone $60 plan data issues.

I have recently switched to the gophone plans mainly for indoor service and lte being that t mobiles indoor coverage was non existent. I am in a very large excellent coverage area both at home and work from which lte is rampant in both areas.

My S3's data is acting strange though. Lte will work and then after about 10 minutes of browsing, everything will stop loading as if i have no data at all. The 4G icon (Aosp) will continue to show and transmit in and out but nothing loads. So after turning data off and then back on the H+ icon will show even though lte is enabled. I can't force it back into lte. I basically have to set the phone down and leave it alone and then eventually lte will come back.

I am running an ASOP rom but the same problem occurs on stock TW. I am running the "phone" apn as it was the stock one when I factory reset and it's the only that picks up lte.

Anyone have any thoughts? It's aggravating and I hate to think I left my $45 unlimited ST plan for this.

My wife had issues with not getting VM and texts. We brought the phone back to the at&t store. They said that sometimes the Sim cards have to be replaced. They did that at no charge. They also adjusted the APN settings. Problems solved including LTE reception .

Just updating. It was a tower issue. 10 days of messing with the tower caused lte to be unstable.

Everything is good now and speeds are between 40 and 60mbps.

Not bad for $60 pre paid.

Man that's great to hear your speeds are up because I'm going through the same boat really bad speeds considering that they are LTE. I called AT&T and didn't get a straight answer basically my wife s3 on straight talk at&t sim card is getting better speeds then I am on actual AT&T gophone 60 dollars plan. my top LTE speeds are 3-5 mbps and hers are about 4-6 Mbps on straight talk which seems pretty ridiculous

they just rolled out lte a few months ago amd h+ is good here where i'm at and did test somewhere else and got great speeds 30mbps to 40mbps

Yeah that's why I was asking. Your lte area might not be as fast as the hspa in that area.

As fast as att upgrades their areas it shouldn't be long before you start seeing faster speeds.
