I am trying to figure out how to "restore" the gosms app text messages from my sdcard from my droid 2 to my new droid 4. The file path for backing up on the droid 4 smsgo program is as follows:
/mnt/sdcard/gosms/backup/settings
On my scard i can find the follow the path after - gosms/backup/settings
When i try to restore the messages using "restore" it does not find the files on the sdcard as they are not in the correct file path.
Can the file path be changed on the phone to read strictly from the sdcard I have inserted and not on the phones internal drive/memory?
Thanks,
Miriam
