So I have been on a couple dozen different threads and have not found a solution for my problem. I have a Galaxy Nexus and I recently downloaded the GOSMS Pro app, coming from using Handcent. Everything is fairly groovy (and actually very similar to the Handcent) But the issue I'm having is that the LED notification for my Privacy contacts is not working. I've been into the Privacy Box settings and under the Notification bar Settings, I've selectons my icons, title messages ect. There is no option for LED.... If I go into individual contacts in my Privacy box, I can select settings, individual and there I have the option to select different Icons, ringtones and also LED Settings... However after selecting a LED color, it is not working when I receive a message. I've used the "Test Notification" up at the stop of the area and the Icon pops up on the notification bar, the phone vibrates, but when I turn the screen off to test the LED, it does not work. There is also a notice in red under "test notification" that says "The System notification has been turned off, click here to check whether GO SMS notification is available." And then I when I click it, it gives me the results and says if I'm not getting any notifications to check the ringtone and vibration settings.....
I'm lost. Any advice. Ready to just go back to Handcent. Was simpler, although not as fast and smooth in transitions...
Also is there a way to show contact photos in the conversation itself and not just in the list of messages you have.
