Help Got a galaxy note and I am noticing it gets warm

I noticed it gets very warm around the camera area and on top of the screen while just going through the phones menu and the play store. is this normal for this phone? Thanks.​

It will get warm there when performing intensive functions such as satnav. For less demanding use it should not get warm. I've been using my phone for half an hour or more constantly this morning, with music playing in the background, and there is no (or barely any) discernible increase in temperature.
