Help Got a M8 Android TV Box

Hi, can anyone help, i've got it set up but the picture is offset, it's as if only 2 3rds of the screen , the left and top are there and i cant fix it in settings, any help out there would be greatly appreciated???

Not yet, really stumped with it, have tried everything i can think of to no avail!!!
