Root Got a quick question - the right side of the touch screen not responding...

Any one have this happen? I reboot, turned off overclock (was at 800mhz), pull battery, no go. Think it could be rom related? I am thinking of installing a new rom and wiping the phone, not sure.

Anyone have this happen before?

Well i tried pete's latest nandroid, no luck, screen seems dead - well the right side anyways.

Can get my response from there. Sadly he never came back to report what he ended up having to do about it.

Unroot, then take it back to the VZW as your still under a manufacturers waranty.....it looks like their is something wrong with the sensor on the right part...that happened to me on my old Motorola Krave but it was resisitive but still the entire right side wouldn't work so I pulled the battery, Factory Reseted it nothing and I couldn't return it b/c their was a small crack in the top of the screen (Left) but I had it atleast 4 months before it happened...so I couldn't return it and eventually I went to the Droid....Anyway like I said you still have a warranty so Unroot and take it back to the VZW as it looks like its not a ROM issue
