Help Got a replacement x10 coming advice please

Ok if i put my old micro sd from my faulty x10 in the new phone will all the apps i have on it work straight away or will i need to reinstall them all.

I believe u will have to reinstall them, due to apps saving information to the phones memory. But i maybe incorrect.

The apps are installed on the phone not the SD-card.

No you are currect if you are able to use your old phone to back up you apps with a file manager or other backup software, It will back up all your (unloncked*) apps on to the SD card as .APK (instalation packs) then just get that same file manager from the market place on new phone and just reinstall all the apps via the restore option.

* Unlocked apps are any free apps from the market places, if you have purchesed any apps these are locked to the phone so you will have to get hole of the dev's of said apps for help, also 99% of the apps that came with the phone are also locked to that phone.
